Thermal Paper Rolls

A self-adhesive thermal paper roll is a type of thermal paper with an adhesive backing, creating a convenient peel-and-stick label. Unlike standard thermal paper used for receipts, this version allows you to print on-demand labels, stickers, and tags without needing ink or toner.
How it works

Self-adhesive thermal paper consists of several layers that work together to create an image when heat is applied:
1. Base paper: Provides the foundation for the label.
2. Thermal layer: A coating on the surface containing chemicals that react to heat and change color, forming the printed image.
3. Adhesive layer: A pressure-sensitive adhesive on the back that allows the label to be stuck onto a surface once the backing is peeled off.
4. Backing paper: A protective silicon-coated paper that is peeled away to expose the adhesive.

Common uses
1. The versatility and convenience of self-adhesive thermal paper rolls make them suitable for a wide range of applications:

3. Shipping and logistics: Quickly generate shipping and inventory labels for packages, boxes, and shelves.
4. Organization: Label office supplies, file folders, or storage bins.
5. Food service: Use labels for food packaging to indicate ingredients, dates, or dietary information.
6. Healthcare: Label patient files, medicine bottles, or lab samples.
7. Events: Print custom event tickets with barcodes for tracking.
